What is frequency-treated water?

Frequency-treated water is water that has been exposed to a specific sound frequency. At OH Water, we combine the natural qualities of our spring water with carefully selected frequencies to create a distinctive approach to hydration and wellbeing.

What frequency is OH Water treated with?

Our first release is treated with 528Hz, a frequency used within sound and wellness practices and sometimes referred to as the “recovery frequency” or “healing frequency”.

Why doesn't OH Water use plastic bottles?

We want the water you drink to remain as close as possible to its natural state. By choosing glass, we avoid plastic packaging and the potential for interaction between plastic and the water it contains.

Is OH Water alkaline?

Our still natural spring water has a naturally alkaline pH of 7.8. Nothing is added to artificially increase its alkalinity.

Our sparkling water typically has a pH of approximately 6.9–7 due to the addition of carbonation.

Is anything added to OH Water?

The eight minerals found in OH Water occur naturally at source; they aren't artificially added to create its mineral profile. Our approach is centred on preserving the natural qualities of the spring water.
