About OH Water
What is OH Water?
OH Water is premium natural spring water sourced from Magheramorne, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Naturally filtered through layers of rock, the water contains eight naturally occurring minerals and has a naturally alkaline pH of 7.8 for still water.
Each bottle is also treated with a carefully selected sound frequency as part of the OH Water process, beginning with 528Hz.
Where does OH Water come from?
OH Water is sourced from a natural spring in Magheramorne, County Antrim. The water is naturally filtered through the surrounding geology, giving it its distinctive mineral composition before it is bottled exclusively in glass.
What minerals are naturally present in OH Water?
OH Water contains eight naturally occurring minerals from its spring source. These form part of the water’s natural mineral profile rather than being artificially added.
Is OH Water alkaline?
Our still natural spring water has a naturally alkaline pH of 7.8. Nothing is added to artificially increase its alkalinity.
Our sparkling water typically has a pH of approximately 6.9–7 due to the addition of carbonation.
Is anything added to OH Water?
The eight minerals found in OH Water occur naturally at source; they aren't artificially added to create its mineral profile. Our approach is centred on preserving the natural qualities of the spring water.
Is OH Water available still and sparkling?
Yes. OH Water is available as both still and sparkling natural spring water, so you can choose the format that best suits your preference and occasion.
What does OH Water taste like?
OH Water has a clean, refined taste shaped by its natural spring source and mineral composition. It has been created to be enjoyed as part of an everyday hydration ritual, as well as within premium dining, spa and wellness experiences.
How should I store OH Water?
Store your OH Water in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and following the storage guidance on the bottle.

What is frequency-treated water?
Frequency-treated water is water that has been exposed to a specific sound frequency. At OH Water, we combine the natural qualities of our spring water with carefully selected frequencies to create a distinctive approach to hydration and wellbeing.
What frequency is OH Water treated with?
Our first release is treated with 528Hz, a frequency used within sound and wellness practices and sometimes referred to as the “recovery frequency” or “healing frequency”.
Interest in 528Hz and the potential effects of sound frequencies on wellbeing continues to grow, with ongoing research exploring this developing area. We also hear anecdotal experiences from people incorporating frequency-based practices into their wellbeing routines, including reports of feeling calmer and less stressed, as well as positive experiences during periods of rest and recovery.
For OH Water, 528Hz brings another dimension to hydration, combining naturally sourced spring water with frequency treatment as part of a considered daily wellbeing ritual.

Glass & Sustainability
Why is OH Water bottled in glass?
Glass is an important part of the OH Water philosophy. It is non-reactive, helping to protect the natural purity and taste of the spring water without unwanted interaction between the water and its packaging.
We also believe it is the right material for preserving the integrity of our frequency-treated water from treatment through to the moment you drink it. And unlike plastic, glass is infinitely recyclable without losing its quality, making it a natural choice for OH Water.
Why doesn't OH Water use plastic bottles?
We want the water you drink to remain as close as possible to its natural state. By choosing glass, we avoid plastic packaging and the potential for interaction between plastic and the water it contains.
It also supports our wider commitment to making more considered choices around packaging and sustainability.
Ordering, Delivery & Subscriptions
Where can I buy OH Water?
You can order OH Water directly through our online shop. You'll also find OH Water at selected luxury hospitality, spa and wellness partners.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK using trusted courier partners including DHL and FedEx. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included in the price of your OH Water, so there are no additional standard delivery charges to add at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Where possible, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. We avoid dispatching on Fridays so your OH Water isn't held within the courier network over the weekend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Where contact details are provided, you will usually receive an email from our courier with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take care to package OH Water securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please email hello@ohwater.co.uk with a photograph and brief description of the damage. Our team will be happy to help.
How does an OH Water subscription work?
Choose Subscribe & Save when placing your order and select delivery every two or four weeks. Your OH Water will then be delivered automatically at your chosen frequency, with payment taken for each recurring order.
Subscribers receive 25% off each subscription order.
How much do I save with an OH Water subscription?
You'll receive 25% off every subscription order, making it a simple way to make OH Water part of your regular routine while saving on each delivery.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No. There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?
Yes. Your subscription is designed to be flexible, so you can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery when needed.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can make changes to your subscription, including your delivery details and order.
If you'd like to change your delivery frequency to something other than the standard two- or four-week options, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Payment is taken automatically each time your recurring subscription order is placed. If a payment is unsuccessful, we'll automatically try the payment again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Shop app. There is no minimum subscription period, so you can cancel at any time.
