Shipping policy

OH Water aims to ship our product to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Orders received on Fridays after 1PM UK time and over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

In the event you order a bespoke product we will be in touch with details for the prep time and anticipated dispatch date.

Shipping is handled usually by a third party courier and we endeavour to provide you with a tracking number. We sometimes deliver using our own team, dependent on location and availability.
